Pokemon USA is preparing to celebrate its tenth anniversary from March 10 through May 14 at the Houston Space Center. Don’t ask Marketing Blurb why the Space Center is now a promotional venue, but fans of the pocket monster franchise can view Pokemon movies on the Houston Space Center giant screen theatre, play videogames—even download game characters to their Nintendo Game Boy systems. According to Bruce Loeb, VP-marketing, Pokémon USA, the Houston Space Center is a great fit for the event. “People are realizing Pokemon is a global event,” Loeb says.
