Marketing Blurb has this love hate relationship with ink jet printers. We used to have this simple HP model that did the job. You asked it to print, and it printed. It would not scan or fax or make coffee, but the puppy just churned out consistently well printed
pages in black or color. But we upgraded our PC, we were forced to abandon this serial port dinosaur for a new printer. Fortunately, we thought, Dell was offering a free printer with the purchase of a laptop we needed. There was also a discount for an upgrade to the print, scan, and fax model. We opted for the upgrade believing this must be a superior model.
Wrong. A free Dell printer (private label from Lexmark) is worth every penny you paid. Rather than mortgage our house for replacement cartridges, we opted to place an order for remanufactured cartridges from
Laser Monk. Laser Monk allows you to add a prayer request to your order. We asked the Monks to pray for better ink jet printers (just kidding—but we were tempted.) By the way, both Lexmark and Dell have discontinued our model of printer.
