Seriously though...one does wonder about our society's obsession with celebs. The Hollywood ones, the athletic ones...but if we don't obsess with them, who will their publicists publicize? Hmmmm.

Rich, it seems to me that if we replace celebs as the focus of what folks want, we'd have to replace that with another focus. What specifically do you see as that other focus and how would you market a new focus, given all the barriers that rise against new ideas that improve the status quo now? Ideas?
