retailers. These are the women that

Vital Radiance. There are almost 100 items in the line for eyes, lips, and face which feature soft color and subdued palettes. Products are priced from $ 12 to $ 19. Revlon is hoping to build an online community at
vitalradiance.com, and will launch a rewards program later this year. Oh, and remember these beautiful women are the ones who control consumer spending in our economy.
