& Fitch catalogs. Students assume that complaints forced the company to tone down their steamy photos. (In reality, unpopular styling and sagging sales forced the company to try another approach.) But the catalog is old news, because now Abercrombie & Fitch will be opening their first store outside the US in London’s famed Savile Row. According to The Columbus Dispatch, “The store, which will open in a year and be three times the size of a standard Abercrombie & Fitch mall store, is expected to be a springboard to new markets in Europe and the Far East for the sexy and youthful American brand.” You can see this is a big deal from the photo. Those are male torsos covering the construction site.
