“content break” rather than a commercial break, and allows a single advertiser to showcase items like movie trailers or television specials. National Geographic, for example, has scheduled time to promote
Space Race: The Untold Story. Fox has signed for three years in a row. Advertisers believe the exclusive advertiser approach during the break is worth a premium rate. Of course, fans maybe decide this is enough time to make a sandwich.
