We have often criticized beer advertising as juvenile, but Coors has decided to take higher ground with a new campaign recognizing male and female Hispanic leaders. The new print campaign is running in Hispanic publications in Dallas / Ft. Worth, New York, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Leaders profiled include Daisy Aponte, Ish Arebalos, Willie Colón and Alma Morales Riojas. Coors has a twenty-year history of Hispanic consciousness, and is a partner in HACR, the Hispanic Association of Corporate Responsibility. In additional to the print campaign, Coors is also marketing to Hispanics via soccer and music tour sponsorships.
