When we are reading
The Wall Street Journal during the evening news, television
commercials must be damned clever or annoying to catch our attention. Last night we saw an amusing animated commercial from Turkey Hills Dairy imploring us to visit a website called
giantcowsarecool.com. We decided to do so, believing such a URL was certainly worth the benefit of a doubt. We were not disappointed, because the site includes all kinds of bovine wonders including a Cow Tipping Sweepstakes, Giant Cow Game, Giant Cow Calendar, Cow Sightings are more. At the heart of such promotions, we believe that companies should have fun while building their brand. The television commercial and this website convince us that Turkey Hills Dairy is having fun. And yes, this does build the brand, And yes, Giant Cows are cool.
