So Old Navy parent company, Gap Inc. has decided to try a new approach with more upscale clothing this summer. For the first time, Old Navy will rack ruffled leather jackets for $ 129, silk tops for $ 29.50 and sweater coats for $ 34.50. The chain will continue to stock their signature under $ 40 basics.
