KFC in a lawsuit over their unhealthy fare. Apparently the CSPI’s next target is Starbucks. The activist group is demanding that Starbucks disclose nutritional information and health risks associated with certain high-calorie, high-fat products. For example, a 20-ounce Venti banana mocha Frappuccino with whipped cream contains 720 calories and 11 grams of saturated fat, and a banana cream crunch bar weighs in at 630 calories and 25 grams of saturated fat. A McDonald’s Big Mac has 560 calories and 11 grams of saturated fat by comparison. Marketing Blurb does not need anyone to explain Frappuccinos to us. Nor are we concerned about fat at Starbucks. Whenever we visit Starbucks we only order the black elixir of the Gods. No weenie sugar, cream, foam or flavorings will cross our lips.
