Marketing Blurb used to live in New York, and we remember the skyline fondly. And in
our mind, the skyline will always include the World Trade Center towers. We visited the city after the terrorist attacks, but decided not to visit ground zero. Almost five years have past, and we are wondering why it has taken so long to build a fitting memorial. Politics aside, we do know the non-profit World Trade Center Memorial Foundation has decided to go national with a fund raising effort which includes television, print, radio, outdoor, and the Internet. The foundation hopes to raise $ 170 million toward the memorial facility.
