Marketing Blurb is clueless when it comes to fashion jeans. Fortunately, we discovered today, that Mudd Jeans are the hot item (for young women anyway.) And Mudd has decided not just to pitch jeans, but to draw attention to socially responsible young women, who by coincidence are beautiful and well dressed in Mudd gear. The campaign is called Mudd Girls Move the World, and is intended to inspire teens to make a difference in their community. Six women are featured, each with a cause like rebuilding New Orleans, or saving a rainforest. You can read about each woman and her cause at mymuddworld.com. Marketing Blurb applauds socially responsible marketing, although we hope these young women do not muss the hair or muddy their jeans while changing the world.
