Sports Illustrated desktop application. The application called
mySI will be
available for download next week in tandem with the NFL Preview issue of the magazine. The desktop ticker will concentrate on pro football for the fall, but SI will add other sports next year. The ticker will include advertising, naturally, and Comcast, Miller Lite, Nissan, and Radio Shack are early sponsors. In addition to their own editorial, the mySI sports ticker will also pull news content from other sources. We learned about this from
