Sadly, Marketing Blurb does not have time for fantasy sports. When we watch college or pro football, we analyze the game in real time, just like the network commentators. We believe our commentary is superior, so we might as well be a fantasy coach, owner—hell, maybe even a quarterback. But those who do participate in fantasy sports, and we’re talking about 15 million players, are serious folks. The average player is a 36-year old male and homeowner, and spends about 3.8 hours a week managing a team. And while leading their team to victory, these fantasy sport aficionados spend fantasy_sports.jpgabout $ 265 each per year, or over $ 1.5 billion on subscriptions and related products and services. So it seems to Marketing Blurb, and to other savvy advertisers, that if you cannot afford to book the major leagues, you should advertise online with the major fantasy sports networks include Yahoo, CBS Sportsline ESPN, Fox Sports/MSN.
