Its great Macy's may permit review of their products...but they have a more severe customer service problem when it takes over 2 weeks to respond to customers who find inaccuracies on their website and try to help them correct them (and then wait even longer for the corrections to be made after repeated e-mails because the responders are asleep at the switch when the first contact is made). Macy's e- system is bloated at best and incapable of responding to simple problems, so I hope any "rating" system is independent of the core macys.com system, otherwise it will be useless!
