Media Post Publications (free registration required,) other restaurants are noticing this as well. We have already told readers that McDonald’s is experimenting with more trendy non-plastic decors. The same is true for a new Einstein Bagels concept café which is testing lower average recipes for higher overall revenue.
Marketing Blurb thinks this linger-friendly approach is promising, and we hope Panera keeps the fire burning for us this coming winter.
