
Yahoo's long-awaited new search marketing platform "Panama" opened to the masses yesterday. The platform represents Yahoo's efforts to develop a solution that will make them more competitive with Google's popular Adwords.
This is an exciting move for a company that have struggled lately, suffering some delays, internal bickering, frustrating acquisition attempts and the continuing challenge of battling the giant powerhouses of Google and Microsoft.
Most advertisers probably won't make the switch until 2007 since the holiday season is well underway but you might be able to get a jump on the competition if you check it out today.
