Do your Senior Exec's "Buy In" to Great Service?

Let's imagine you're interviewing for a job. Doesn't matter if it's a large company or small. At some point, you being interviewed by a senior executive. You answer his or her questions with ease and confidence. Suddenly it's your turn. What do you ask?

How often do you visit customers? 

What's the most common complaint that you get from customers and how are you addressing it? 

Great executive and great companies spend a lot of time visiting customers. Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft, spends 1/3 of his very valuable time doing it. Seth Godin says it's the biggest driver in great customer service
