Making Friends at Conferences

A good friend of mine recently moved down to the Valley to become anhandshake.jpg entrepreneur-in-residence at one of the top VC firms there. As part of settling in to the area, he's working on connecting with a lot of people at conferences and elsewhere.

Recently, he offered a few useful thoughts for anyone wanting to get the most out of their conference experiences and also his thoughts on the differences between meeting people in Seattle and Silicon Valley.

Your network can be a hugely important factor in your marketing and business success. Build it right.
