Online social networking is booming. No one seems to be safe from the tentacles of the online community. Now, even earth-loving, free-spirited Grateful Dead fans (Deadheads) are joining the pack with the launch of a new version of Dead.net. ![]()
Earlier this week, Nick Gonzalez at TechCrunch posted that the new Dead.net will feature forums for members to communicate, areas where they can share pictures and a variety of other features Deadheads are sure to love.
The Grateful Dead has survived several decades and continues to have a devout following of fans from all age groups. The new Dead.net is a great marketing tool to keep the family feeling Deadheads have shared for so long going strong for many more years. In fact, the unique marketing strategies of this band never cease to amaze me. Their marketing is usually well thought out and fits seamlessly with the Grateful Dead brand image fans expect.

Excellent post. I enjoyed reading your blog and the posts I thought it was very interesting and will return
