Once in awhile, a product comes along with a great brand name that really impresses me. Lipo in a Box by Connie Elder is one of those brand names. Lipo in a Box offers a variety of body shaping and slimming undergarments. The products have been promoted on television shows like The Today Show and The View and magazines like Glamour and more recently, O, The Oprah Magazine.![]()
Since Oprah's magazine gave a nod to Lipo in a Box last year, the brand probably became a lot more popular. You know what happens when Oprah gives a product the thumbs up. Her book endorsements through her book club have been known to give a new author's book a boost in sales up to 1 million copies. If she even mentions Lipo in a Box, the brand is likely to explode in popularity. Who knows if she will, but the brand name is certainly starting to generate an online buzz.
Regardless of Oprah's thoughts on Lipo in a Box or the product's future success, the brand name is excellent. Kudos to Connie Elder! And I love the tagline, too: "This is NOT Grandma's Girdle." It differentiates the product and adds a touch of humor. Check out the picture of a Land Rover wrapped in Lipo in a Box advertising.
